Update -Coach Ray had a last minute emergency and needed to cancel today. Rather than take day off let’s meet at Belmont for a 18U workout . (12:15 Start )

Attention High School Players . Second Fitness Class of 2020-2021 being offered by Ray Fleser and Ironclad Fitness . Cost is $5 .

Ray will have a fill in instructor tomorrow.

This is the advanced class and should only be attended by High School Athletes or 8th graders with weight lifting experience.
