Happy Friday Crew! Sorry I’m late, early case. So today is a tough challenge. Many sports measure success and ability with specific parameters. Today we are going to do two simple movements as fast as possible. There is a 15 minute cap, meaning you have to find a pace to keep moving without taking huge breaks to catch your breath. You may finish before, but 15 min is the cut off. Sooooo, here’s the challenge…
If you have a jump rope use a jump rope, if you don’t, do jumping jacks…
75 jump ropes/jumping jacks
21 burpees
50 jump ropes/jumping jacks
15 burpees
25 jump ropes/jumping jacks
9 burpees
Record your time and/or what you completed
Ex. 14:20
All ropes + 3 burpees
Leave it all on the field (or backyard, or dining room floor) ❤️
