Morning Crew! Friday is an all day plank challenge. Every hour on the hour do a 60 second plank. You can switch up your plank:
Up/down planks
Side dip planks
Plank jacks
Right left side planks
Or just regular ol’ on your elbow planks! If you have trouble, go to your knees but keep your back straight and tighten your core to develop the movement.

The goal is 10 sets, so hopefully everyone is up before noon! You can double or up to catch up if you’ve got plans… big plans today?🤷🏻‍♀️ Miss you all!
