Morning team! Challenge today is to try to hold a handstand for 30 seconds. Start against a wall and then gradually find your balance point. The little adjustments you little muscles make will help you become more aware of your position in space-WHICH IS SO IMPORTANT! Pay attention to your breathing, calm and steady- WHICH IS ALSO SO IMPORTANT!

Last part of today is to go outside and sit by yourself and clear your mind. Think about everything you are grateful for, feel the sunshine, and bring that positivity for the rest of the week since the weather is going to get dreary again. 15-20 minutes of Buddha time ladies!
